Paper Submission

Student authors are invited to submit research papers on original work (including recently published work) describing current research and novel ideas in Network Modeling and Design, Multimedia Computing, Network Multimedia Applications and Systems and Web Intelligence.

Copyright of the submitted work is held by the author/owner.

Authors should submit a four-page manuscript in double-column IEEE format including authors' names, affiliations, and a short abstract. Only electronic submission written in English will be accepted. Please download the paper format and sample files at the forum website Author's Kit.

Submissions can be made on the submission website at For each accepted paper, only ONE of the student authers would attend the forum. The organizing committee provides the representative with free registraion.

All submissions are required to be approved by authors' advisors. Please fill in the manuscript registration form including the information about the manuscripts and submit to the forum committee through the methods mentioned in the form.
